POSITION OVERVIEW
As VP of Marketing, you will own the end-to-end P&L for the marketing function while collaborating cross-functionally to ensure the company’s overarching strategic goals are met. This is not just a marketing leadership role—it is a business leadership position. You will act as the architect of our go-to-market strategy while aligning the brand, innovation pipeline, and marketing efforts with operational and sales priorities. We’re seeking a creative, yet analytical leader who can seamlessly own and integrate brand, online and retail marketing strategies.

SKILLS / EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENTS
● 10+ years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within the CPG industry.
● Proven experience managing P&L ownership or operating in a GM capacity.
● Strong understanding of CPG business dynamics, including retail marketing, e-commerce, and omnichannel strategies.
● Exceptional leadership skills, with a track record of building and scaling high-performing teams.
● Demonstrated ability to manage brand strategy and consumer insights while driving operational efficiency.
● Results-driven mindset with deep expertise in growth marketing and performance analytics.
● Strong collaborator who thrives in cross-functional environments and can influence at all levels.

Expert in emerging retail CPG, excel as a self-starter, and thrive in building and managing a high-performing team. You have a “GM mentality” and understand the connection between marketing, product strategy, and the overall business, with a strong grasp of P&L management and its impact on growth. ● Location: Partake is a full-time remote organization. Travel is expected up to 4 weeks per year.
